Sumi Limbu (she/her)
Sumi Limbu is an educator, designer, and researcher originally from Nepal. Her design practices are at the intersection of design, technology, identity, and collaboration. She has worked in non-profit organizations, using design as a navigation tool by bringing and highlighting impactful cultural and social narratives. With her interdisciplinary background and experience working in cross-cultural settings, she has leveraged design as a compass to visualize the multifaceted nature of identities and contemporary issues. She currently teaches at East Carolina University.
